  What a great way to be inspired. Whenever you are stressed, just pop John Calvin into your mouth and enjoy all his chocolate goodness! I have been reflecting the Truth War and realized that we who hold the truth doctrines are united in who we hate and attack.

When we dislike someone we are actually judging them for what they are or how they look and not so much who they are. It is not easy to have a neutral stand when we are faced with a variety of people who come our way through the neighborhood, schools, colleges, workplaces, friends and other chance encounters.

Those who think this way often view religious truth as subjective rather than objective. In this sense, religious truth is something we create for ourselves rather than some objective reality we discover.

It seems clear that followers of Jesus are sent into the world the same way God sent Jesus into the world. John 3 says that Jesus was sent out of love, that He was sent to redeem, and that He was not sent to judge. I’m not totally sure if this is how most Christians see themselves, or if this is how others see them.

While sitting at my keyboard and typing away I’m watching a movie. Yes, that officially confirms that I can multi task. Isn’t that a woman’s birthright anyway? The movie is about a girl who does an experiment in school about fat people and how they are being treated by most people.
