Hailing from Atlanta, rapper/singer/producer Kanye West considers himself the voice of his generation. With such groundbreaking songs as "Golddigger", "Heartless", "Love Lockdown" and "Stronger", West has indeed cemented himself as a true hitmaker.

Among other endeavors, Kanye writes his own blog, which generates thousands of hits a day and features some of his favorite sites, videos and photos on the web. As Kanye proved when he beat 50 Cent in the charts with the release of his Graduation album, he remains a force to be reckoned with. Just ask George W. Bush, who Kanye slammed in a Hurricane Katrina fundraiser telecast in 2006, saying the then president "doesn't care about black people."

Only time will tell if Kanye West truly has the lasting impact on music, fashion and design that he already claims to have had.
