Not With a Bang, but a Wimp
http://digitaldaily.allthingsd.com/ 20080504/ not-with-a-bang-but-a-wimp/Now that Microsoft (MSFT) has abandoned its bid for Yahoo (YHOO), the tech media is sifting the entrails of the companies’ ill-starred merger talks for portents of things to come. Paul Kedrosky at Infectious Greed says Yahoo has bought itself some more time–and litigation: I think what has largely happened here is we have bought time and lawsuits.

Average Age of Tech Entrepreneurs: Higher Than You Think
http://xidey.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 05/ 01/ average-age-of-tech-entrepreneurs-high…I wish Paul Kedrosky would fix his damned IE javascript issues, but he’s a good source of bloggorhea. My point, if I have one, is that Kedrosky has a post up with data about the average age of tech entrepreneurs.

Repeated Records
http://csertoglu.typepad.com/ sortipreneur/ 2008/ 04/ repeated-record.htmlPaul Kedrosky's touched on a point that was topic to a dinner table conversation last week among my friends: How common price records are once you've hit a record and how the repeated headlines on "oil hits record price" carry an amplification effect in people's perceptions.
