http://econlog.econlib.org/ archives/ 2008/ 05/ not_on_fire_for.html
(May 18, 2008 09:08 AM, by Arnold Kling) I have spent a few days with my new Amazon Kindle reader. A number of people have offered favorable reviews--Charlie...

Back to Kevin Kling’s book “The Dog says How”

    http://seeingisaverb.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 05/ 10/ back-to-kevin-klings-book-the-…

Being a visual type, I thought I’d take a pic of one of my favorite excerpts from Kevin Kling’s book “The Dog says How”, rather than retyping it. This story above is a fantastic story that points to what I’m always preachin’—We ARE the world we walk thru. We see and experience the world as ourselves.

    A Conversation With Joe Kling

    http://cincinnatirecruiter.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 05/ 10/ a-conversation-with-joe-…

A Conversation With Joe Kling May 10, 2008 • 1 Comment I attended the UC College of Applied Science Awards Dinner recently. Believe it or not, I suck at networking. Events like this terrify me. I mean, what am I going to say to the 800 people in the room.

How Far the NYT Had to Go to Find an Economist to Support the Gas Tax Holiday

    http://content.ksg.harvard.edu/ blog/ jeff_frankels_weblog/ 2008/ 05/ 08/ how-fa…

Economists frequently complain that even when 98% of the profession agrees on something (say a free-trade proposition), the media will go to lengths to dig up an economist from the 2% minority in order to balance one from the 98% majority, in their feverish and misguided attempt to appear unbiased

    The End of Price Insulation

    http://bootstrappingas.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 04/ end-of-price-insulation.html

For those familiar with Kling's "Iron Triangle" regarding healthcare, this might be filed under the category of 'the end of price insulation'. April 14, 2008, By GINA KOLATA Health insurance companies are rapidly adopting a new pricing system for very expensive drugs, asking patients to pay hundreds

Cleveland Magazine has to be thinking about it. They have to be.

    http://politicalscience216.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 04/ cleveland-magazine-has-to-be-…

I watched the local news tonight for the first time in weeks. Channel 3, to be exact. Holy crap, Betsy Kling is pregnant. And she looks fantastic. I mean, really, really fantastic. How fantastic? I mean, I’m convinced Cleveland Magazine is trying to get up the nerve to ask her to pose on the cover, just like Demi Moore.

    The Historical Melaka

    http://blog.thegohfamily.com/ 2008/ 04/ 22/ the-historical-melaka/

I went for a photo shoot a Melaka on last Friday. I mainly shoot at A’ Famosa, Stadhuys Square & St. Paul Hills. The day was so hot and a sudden heavy rain between. I was dehydrated and my leg is so pain for walking so longs hours. Melaka is a city with a glorious past hidden behind each facade of the centuries-old buildings.

    Day 11: Word of Mouth

    http://100goalsin1000days.com/ 2008/ 04/ 15/ day-11-update-coming/

Goal 11a: Martin Eyerer has been a DJ for twenty years, and is also well-known music producer in Germany. Finally, he has released his first solo album Word of Mouth. Even better, this is a BOGO deal as he includes a free CD of other artists from Kling Klong, one of the two music label he owns. What

By Joy A. Kennelly I’ve been gone in Phoenix for the past couple of days attending the FreeLife International Convention for GoChi Juice. I recently started independently distributing it because it helped my health issue so much it was a natural for me to share it with people I thought would also benefit.

Wer hat uns verraten? Part Two

    http://www.jonas-kyratzes.net/ ?p=99

Marc-Uwe Kling returns with a new version of his brilliant song, with even better lyrics - which he proceeds to sing to an audience which is, as my friend Julian put it, visibly not amused. Ah, the joys of telling middle-class pseudo-progressive Germany the truth about the consequences of its actions.
