American reality television personality and actress Kristin Elizabeth Cavallari was born on January 14, 1987 in Denver, Colorado. She is best known for being the lead antagonist on the popular MTV reality series Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County.

Kristin Cavallari turned her 15 minutes of fame on Laguna Beach into a thriving acting career with starring roles in films like Fingerprints (2007) and Spring Breakdown (2008) alongside Will Arnett and Parker Posey. She has also guest-stared on popular television shows like Veronica Mars and CSI: NY.

In May of 2009, it was announced that Kristen Cavallari would be replacing Lauren Conrad on the fifth season of MTV's The Hills.
