Hey there I am so proud of myself! I have been wanting to try my hand at broomstick lace for quite some time. Last night I finally got around to it. It was a bit tricky learning because I am left handed and there really aren’t tutorials out there for lefties. But I stuck with it and finally figured it out.

One of the quickest and prettiest crochet quilts I’ve run across, this afghan is worked using worsted weight yarn from two types of granny squares: a solid color granny and a bi-color granny. It’s a take-along project, as most crochet quilts are, but the number of squares needed to create this little beauty are relatively few and easy to assemble.
