leaky gut
Leaky Gut is a problem that many people might be suffering from. When news about this condition first started coming out, it was met with opposition and was not recognized as a medical condition. People have been gathering information about this problem and it is now much more recognizable than it once was. Still many doctors do not test for it or even know how, leaving many people with this condition undiagnosed and in pain.
The official definition of leaky gut syndrome is very complicated and hard for common people to understand. In easy terms, this syndrome occurs when large spaces develop between the cells of the gut wall. These spaces allow bacteria, toxins, and even food to leak into the bloodstream. When all of this bad stuff leaks into the bloodstream it causes many different symptoms and much discomfort.
There are so many different symptoms currently associated with leaky gut syndrome that it is hard to list the most basic symptoms people experience. Impaired immune function, nutritional deficiencies, allergies, rashes, fatigue, headaches, constipation, diarrhea, moodiness, and bloating are all possible symptoms. Leaky gut can be a serious problem so keeping track of possible symptoms is important to staying healthy. You can find bloggers writing about leaky gut at Leaky Gut Cure and Eating For Energy.
