litigation
The word "litigation" makes people think of lawyers. And lawyers make people nervous. Heck, a lawyer makes coffee nervous. However, it may be time to start looking at litigation as a good thing as opposed to a scary thing.
We have all heard of the father of the groom giving his son some sage wedding advice on his wedding day: "If you're going to argue with your wife, make sure you do it naked." However, in real life, you can't do that. In real life, if you need to argue with someone (who is sometimes a complete stranger), nudity is usually not the best option. In real life, litigation is the correct way to engage in an argument. And that requires lawyers.
You've heard of a target-seeking missile, right? Well, in life, there are people who are missile-seeking targets. They WANT to find trouble. And if you are on the wrong end of that altercation, you may find yourself with a Fozzy of a Bear of a problem. If this is the case, it's time to go through litigation. And litigation is a lawyer's strong suite.
