Many internet websites require membership to access certain services or information, which causes users to have to login to the websites.

In order to login, members must enter their username and password into login fields, usually located at the top of the web page or on a special login page.

Due to the growing sophistication of internet hacking and the lack of internet security on most websites, many website members find themselves victims of phishing operations, or scams deployed by email messages or phony advertisements that are designed to collect personal or confidential information. Phishing gives computer hackers access to your web accounts and are a gross invasion of privacy and security.
