Varanasi is one of the oldest and most spiritual cities in the world. Varanasi is famous for burning Hindu people next to the Ganges when they died. I had a walk the whole day on the ghats of Varanasi. Ghats are places, where people can bath in the Ganges or where Hindu people are burned after their life.

Lonely Planet Devon, Cornwall & Southwest England

    http://devonvisitor.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 05/ lonely-planet-devon-cornwall-southwe…

Lonely Planet's Devon, Cornwall & Southwest England is certainly a recommended guide to include in your luggage or the glove compartment of your car if you are visiting this most alluring part of rural England. The guide includes over 300 pages on the area's main towns and places of interest but specific details are certainly kept to the minimum.

In the wake of the John Karr / JonBenet Ramsey fiasco, Thailand has tightened restrictions on Tourism Visas and stymied the lives of tens of thousands of travelers.

Happy Mother's Day! Arrived in PNH yesterday morning. Flight was ok. Tracy got a window seat, but that stuck me in the middle. Would have preferred and aisle of course. Kei was at the airport to meet us with his friend, Nancy, who has a local hookup here.

    Lonely Planet TV

    http://contentcowboys.com/ blog/ 2008/ 05/ 10/ lonely-planet-tv/

No more TV for me. I’d rather watch online! Today I was browsing YouTube and found the Lonely Planet Youtube channel. They publish all kind of short movies about different cities in different countries. I must admit… I almost watched them all. They are really ‘down to earth’ and it looks like homemade holiday videos.
