A magic trick is an illusion. Plain and simple. Usually meant for entertainment purposes, the magic trick has been around since the dawn of time. From your dad showing you how he can "take the tip of his thumb off" when you were younger all the way to David Copperfield walking through the Great Wall of China, magic tricks have entertained and amazed audiences for ages and ages.

But they are called magic tricks for a reason. They are TRICKS.

Although some magic tricks may seem completely supernatural, rest assured that ALL magic tricks utilize methods and means that are completely real and natural. From Harry Houdini to David Blaine to Siegfried and Roy to Penn and Teller to Criss Angel, the art of the magic trick has been and always will be an incredibly popular crowd pleaser. That will never change. And the other thing that will never change is that these magic tricks will always be skillful and clever deception.
