“Back in 1775, my Marine Corps came alive” is a diddy you’ll learn on Paris Island or in San Diego as a new recruit while on your way to becoming a United States Marine. The Marine Corps is known for their 13 week basic training which includes rigorous boot camp workouts and in depth weapons and combat training that turns men and women into battle ready soldiers.

The Eagle, Globe, and Anchor is the official emblem of the Marine Corps and symbolizes their duty around the world from the halls of Montezuma to the shores of Tripoli. The timeless image of the raising of the flag at Iwa Jima symbolizes the Marine Corps victory in the face of insurmountable odds and a tribute to the men and women that gave their lives for America during World War 2.
