Micro-blogging is a really good way to market anything you choose. Here are some simple points to help you understand and achieve success with micro-blogging.

1. Micro-blogging is a combination of social networking, instant messaging and blogging.

I know it sounds complicated but it is really fun once you start doing it. Once you get into the groove it will become second nature and you will enjoy micro-blogging. There are several places you can go for micro-blogging. Twitter is by far the most popular service for this. Twitter is also very easy to use once you get the feel.

2. Building Your Brand Name - Micro-blogging being new has huge potential to build a brand for yourself. For example if you are looking to dominate the keywords "how to make quick money" online then micro blogging may help you to dominate this phrase, and at the same time brand yourself around it. Most of the times people use it to brand their business names and position themselves in a market as opposed to dominating a specific keyword.
