molecular
Molecular is a word used to describe a cell that is made up of two or more atoms held together by electrical charge.
Molecular cells can be made up of one element or be made up of multiple elements such as water, which consists of hydrogen and oxygen.
Genetics and biochemistry are two examples of the subcategories under the title of molecular biology. It basically entails the study of cells and the observation of how they interact with one another on a scientific level. The term molecular implies that the cells and structures being studied are so small that they would require a microscope to be identified as such.
You'll find bloggers talking about molecular circuitry at sites like Hard-to-find Integrated Circuits and ScientificBlogging.com.
