It ended up being a rainy afternoon here in Spokane so I broke out my yellow rain jacket to keep dry and simultaneously support the Livestrong movement. I finally managed to bring a decent camera along on a day I took my long scenic route home so I got a few fairly good shots.

On North Monroe the decades long battle between antique stores and bail bond shops rages on. But in what may represent the changing face of the corridor an old antique business is being overhauled and retrofitted. Monroe St. Bridge Antiques closed for good recently after about 16 years in business.
