motivation

Tag details

A willingness to do something which will create the foundation for action or behavior, Motivation is best used with the power of intention, or desire, and has the capacity to change our lives and sometimes even those of others.

When mixed with patience and a positive attitude, motivation can have dramatic results. Motivation in action is best accomplished through association of a positive meaning or reward to the reason associated with the behavior, e.g.: exercise to stay healthy or to lose weight, being more altruistic for the betterment of humanity, or simply getting up every morning because the children must be cared for.

Motivation for enjoyment is often significantly more fulfilling than motivation out of obligation.
