The little man was whiny earlier. I asked him what the reason was and he just whined some more. So I gave him his lunch then cleaned him up, gave him his milk and surprisingly, when I put him in his bed he didn't complain. In fact he looked so happy and relieved, lol. I took a nap today. An actual real life out for an hour (or three?) nap. WTF? I never nap. I hate napping. In fact, people that do nap normally annoy me. There will be plenty of time for sleep when we are dead! But today it was me.

The little man is still awake and it is already an hour past nap time. He is fighting it and I don't like it one bit. I know what he is like when he doesn't get enough sleep. I will wait another thirty minutes and see if he will settle down. If not then maybe he is giving up his naps for good.

Tucker put Cara down for her nap.  I was in our bedroom talking my mom down from a nervous attack concerning her phone going dead and her missing “THE CALL” aka I’ve gone into labor.  Apparently Mom doesn’t realize that she has just a tiny bit of time to get over here when I actually go into labor.

I don't know about most kids, but for The Ambassador, falling asleep in the car is the kiss of death for naps. Sure, I can move him from the car to bed with no problem, but his naps never seem to last as long as when he falls asleep at home.
