networking

Networking as it relates to computers is the linking of the hardware together with or without wires in order to facilitate communication between the two or more devices. The internet has made possible many types of networking, including social networking, with the likes of Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter among others gaining popularity and a wide user base to stay in touch with friends, reach out and make new contacts for work-related purposes, or even to connect hobbyists together.

Networking done through the internet has changed the way we do business, learn, and even our recreation. Many companies rely on the internet for networking by having either dedicated hosting or shared hosting in order to run a company website and carry out many of their operations.

Network marketing is another way that networking is utilized that relies on direct sales and recruiting new people into your network, or sales team, to grow your business and to expand.

Networking is becoming one of the best ways to do business by gaining trust and reputation before the first dollar is ever spent. Bloggers speaking about networking can be found at sites like Business Networking and Pro Blogger.
