Canadian actress Neve Adrianne Campbell was born on October 3, 1973 in Guelph, Ontario. Trained as a classical ballet dancer, Neve appeared as a child in productions of Sleeping Beauty and The Nutcracker with the National Ballet of Canada.
After a brief modeling career, Never Campbell turned to acting, appearing in a string of small Canadian movies and TV shows in the early 90s. Her big break came in 1994 when she landed the coveted role of Julia Salinger Holbrook on the hit Fox drama series Party of Five, alongside Lacey Chabert and Jennifer Love Hewitt.
1996 saw Neve Campbell starring in popular teen flicks like The Canterville Ghost, The Craft and the horror/comedy slasher flick Scream. She has since appeared in films like Scream 2, Scream 3, Wild Things, 54 and Three To Tango.
Neve Campbell married British cinema, television and theater actor John Light in a private ceremony in Malibu on May 5, 2007. She has appeared in a number of public service announcements and advertising campaigns promoting the American Tourette Syndrome Association in support of her younger brother Damian, who suffers from the syndrome.
