    Another restaurant dumps the artery-clogging trans fats. Burger King Corp. says all of its restaurants across the country are now using trans-fat free cooking oils. And the chain says all its menu ingredients, including its baked goods, will have zero grams of trans fat by November 1.

    Those little tricks we play on ourselves really can help us eat less. Researchers presented hundreds of studies in Phoenix over the weekend at the annual meeting of the Obesity Society. A couple of interesting findings: One study shows people who have 100-calorie snack packages as treats eat a lot fewer calories — about 120 fewer a day — than those who are eat from a regular-size bag.

    Well I’ve been on the cleanse for a full week now and I feel great! My energy level is consistently high, although I am sleeping more than usual. I have been going to bed by 10:30 and getting up between 6:00 and 7:00. I tried to stay with my normal 5:00am wakeup time but it just seems like my body needs more sleep as it goes through the detox process.

    Hi all, I'm new to the forum and am after a bit of advice please. I have an almost 4 year old Mal who since 7 months has been on BARF. I changed him onto BARF after he had awful problems with diarrhea as a pup. Spent a fortune at the vets with blood tests etc and all diff foods the vet recomended.
