NVIDIA is the main supplier of ICs or integrated circuits, chipsets, and motherboards for personal computer and in video game consoles.

The people behind the success of NVIDIA are Jen-Hsun Huang, Chris Malachowsky and Curtis Priem. It was in 1993 when the three men co-found this multinational corporation.

The company’s name is a combination of an initial n and the root of video from Latin which means to see, hence meaning the best visual experience.

Some of the distinguished products of NVIDIA are the GeForce series of video cards for gaming, nForce series of integrated motherboard chipsets, for mobile devices they have Tegra and Quadro series for digital content creation on workstations and for computer-aided designs.
