Good lord, look at the size of this huge ass Humvee Officer Olson is driving. I can see using these things in severe winter storms, but not in the summer. They probably get a whopping 7 miles per gallon.

So in an effort to get people to actually stop, the city installed smaller signs below their larger, legal counterparts to get motorists attention while providing them a half-hearted chuckle.
