The House Committee on Power may have opened a can of worms as it investigates contracts awarded in the sector by the Obasanjo administration. The House had earlier determined that the total money allocated to rejuvenate the sector from the inception of the last administration amounted to sixteen billion dollars.

We should get off the the issue of due process and view the matters that makes any deal above board, transparent and devoid of any conflicts of interest. This is about the character of people not the letter of law.
