Jennifer Garner was one of my Top 5 Best Dressed during the Oscar’s. She did marvelous in accessorizing her black mermaid Oscar de la Renta dress. Wearing jewelry on a huge night while wearing a black dress can actually either break or make you. Believe it or not. Jennifer Garner, like I said, got it right.
