I saw this breathtaking photo from Style Me Pretty and absolutely love the setting for this wedding. It looks just like a perfect summer afternoon. Nothing fancy or extraordinary, just grassy fields, sunshine, and peace. Of course, when you’re holding the ceremony in middle of nowhere, it does present a seating problem.

A bit more from today’s DIY Inspired wedding… From Cameron, Carol and Steve… The wedding was filled with DIY touches. Carol’s sister printed up, cut out, and pasted old family photographs to construction paper and then hung them on twine with clothespins on the “forest walk” to the ceremony site.  Every guest stopped to check out the photos.  It was a huge HIT!

I have a little bit more to share with you from today’s featured wedding shot by Cameron Clark. Everytime I look at these pictures, I want to get married all over again. This wedding is so understated, and yet the beauty of the day shines through every corner. I love that.

I know that you guys are going to completely fall head over heels for this wedding, sent to me by one of our Little Black Book members, the wonderfully talented Cameron Clark. It’s everything a wedding should be and more. It’s sweet and romantic. It’s full of family and friends and smiles.

Sorry for the slow update. I got a few albums awaiting posting but currently I am very very tied up with photo shooting, not to mention editing. Commercials, portraits, weddings… it’s peak season now. Please stay tuned for more updates. Meanwhile, this is the album of a very fun and outgoing couple who is going to get married soon in December.

I’ve got rustic on the brain. A big group of our college friends are renting a cabin in rural PA for the long weekend, and even though I am normally a city girl I can’t wait for campfires, country, and relaxation. In that spirit, I found some wedding inspiration that is a little more pastoral than usual Bales of hay never looked so artistic.

I really liked the long shadows the chair was throwing on the foreground and thought I could make it work in my composition. I just brought in another chair, asked my bride to prop her feet on the other chair and shot away.
