I ran across it again today and figured I’d post it here. Very simple site but well done.

The FOTB08 carnival leaves town
http://www.sebleedelisle.com/ ?p=263And it is with a mixture of sadness, exhaustion, and joy to have been host to such a great many Flash friends from all over the world. The conference was pretty damn amazing, and it was incredible to catch up with my great friends Mario, Ralph, Keith, Rob, Jeremy, Carlos, Chris and the many, MANY others! My session seemed to be very well-received, although I was actually quite nervous.

This Flash component is a nice piece of work. A feature that sticks out the most is its ability to prioritize the loading of the content.

Awesome 3D Text with VectorVision
http://weblog.mrinalwadhwa.com/ 2008/ 09/ 20/ awesome-3d-text-with-vectorvision/…I love 3D in Flash, but till now I’d never been very happy with the quality of text rendering in my Papervision3D projects. Papervision is a bitmap based 3D engine and because of that not very good at rendering text. Yesterday, I found VectorVision, which is an extension of Paperviosn3D that enables rendering vectors inside of Papervision3D.
