I mentioned earlier this year (the same day a tree tore the power line off our house andd we were without power for a day) that our gas was turned off because someone (me) kept putting off paying the bill.  Well, we now owe over $2,000, our gas is still off and it’s getting chilly.  Mark finally called the gas company to set something up to get the gas back on.

Goodbye long lines and down servers, featuring a hand held digital wallet. Sounds unbelievable, right? Quite it is, until the whole world would converge and decide that everything, including our paper bills and coins, would go digital.
