    Pingoat.com, a service that pings various websites when your blog is updated, has been offline for over a month now. When you go to pingoat.com you are greeted with a blank white page that says they are currently doing system maintenance. I didn’t notice this before, because Wordpress pings various services for me.

    This has become a major problem in allot of countries. ISP’s (Internet Service Providers) seem to be ripping off their costumers. By this i am saying that the companies are falsely advertising their products internet speed, then when you get the internet it’s slower than expected.
