The Wife is a die hard Science Fiction fan, well, more of a Sci Fi fan than an SF fan. I have found that most people are like The Wife, in that they find one genre they love and they stick to it. The Wife makes the occasional foray into Vampire novels, but she wouldn't read something like, say, a spy/romance novel set in the Napoleonic Wars.

Join Believe it or not, up until a few days ago at least, my Hellebores were still blooming. I guess that goes a long way towards explaining how cold our May was here in Toronto! It’s cold no longer though, we’re currently having a major heatwave with temperatures in the 30 to 33 Celsius range ( that’s in the 90’s F) plus we’ve got humidity on top of the heat so it feels even hotter.

Join I just realized that I don’t have enough yellow tulips growing in my garden. You might remember last year I kept posting about my orange tulips. They were so pretty and I was in love with their fiery color, but this year I think yellow has captured my interest.
