    The new UK Business Secretary Peter Mandelson (pictured above) was rushed to hospital yesterday after suffering kidney pain. He will undergo a procedure later to remove a kidney stone. He was discharged from St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, west London, so that he could attend his first  ‘economic war cabinet’ meeting with Prime Minister Gordon Brown.
