Behind every successful man is a woman. (Groucho Marx’s version was: “Behind every successful man is a woman, behind her is a wife.”) 2.) Men are better at giving powerpoint presentations than women.

I was reading the Presentation Zen blog today (a place where I get regular doses of media design inspiration) and learned of what sounds like a fantastic new book on the matter: "slide:ology: The Art and Science of Creating Great Presentations" by Nancy Duarte.

On its eighth time around, the event is getting to be quite popular with around 150 people in a fairly large conference space. It was standing room only and with the A/C accidentally turned off at 5pm, it was a “hot event”.
