I finally realized that the best way to juggle between work and posting is to save some drafts in my folder and write it up when I have a break (or need a break). So I'm trialing that this week-hopefully I will have more chances to write up! My "to write" folder is getting quite full.

This week’s edition of Presto Pasta Nights is being hosted at Kuchenlatein blog. She included a map with all of the participants’ homebases. Amazing how the internet connects us from all over the globe. Check it out!

If you've visited here before, you know that I'm Jewish and that I don't really worry about the kosher food part of being Jewish...no mixing dairy and meat, no eating of shellfish...etc.,...I'm not ready to give up my shrimp or lobster. Please keep reading, all this will be clear after the next few paragraphs.

Presto Pasta Nights #83: Squash, ricotta & sage pasta bake In March 2007 Ruth from Once Upon A Feast created the popular Presto Pasta Nights. In its 83 rd week I have the pleasure of playing host on Ruth’s behalf.

Last week, Psychgrad of Equal Opportunity Kitchen did a fantastic job in hosting Presto Pasta Night Roundup #81. She, too, had some tricky technical issues,but they were resolved and we all got to stuff our faces with great pasta. Yesterday, Boaz and I had our usual weekly date. And the photo above was one of very few calm moments during the day...at least calm enough to catch him sitting down. We were enjoying a NickJr game on the computer. Lots of running, playing soccer and so...unfortunately for me...I was pooped by supper time.
