privacy
Privacy is a big concern both online and in people's personal lives, but many people are still electing to have their position be tracked, and feel invulnerable. This same GPS technology has been used by the FBI to track people's cars.
The handy GPS that people access through their smartphones may also create a privacy problem without their knowledge. Photos taken with the smartphone's camera may be set to imbed the GPS coordinates of where the photo was taken, in the photo. When users upload their photos to sharing sites like Facebook, they're also releasing information about their location that most people tend to want to keep private.
