Adapta World Rally Team have signed a contract to become a Manufacturer Team in the 2009 WRC

The agreement is for all the 10 European WRC events in 2009, and there is also an option for Adapta to contest Argentina and Australia with these two events being jointly co-ordinated by SWRT and the AWRT.

Subaru could be considering a World Touring Car Championship programme as well as the WRC

Apparently Subaru HQ in Japan has examined the regulations and will have talks with WTCC representatives at the next round in Japan on 25-26 October.
