New research has found that more than three-quarters (79%) of dental professionals are seeing the effects of acid erosion on children’s teeth on a weekly basis. Caused by the acids found in everyday food and drinks, such as fizzy and soft drinks and fruit, the condition can lead to the erosion of teeth and, over time, could affect their appearance.

There's a new toothpaste product on the market called Sensodyne Pronamel which touts itself as a an especially effective way to counteract the demineralization caused from the consumption of acidic food and beverages. But is it vegan or vegetarian? A quick look at their website--referenced in the link above--is not all that forthcoming.
