October 1st, 2008, 3:43 pm by BRIAN JOSEPH, Sacramento Bureau Chief As part of our coverage of statewide measures on the November ballot, I’m working on a story about Proposition 11, the redistricting measure backed by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.

California Propositions
http://chunzhu.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 09/ 27/ california-propositions/So I got this big booklet printed on cheap paper in the mail today filled with information about the upcoming propositions for California. I’m kind of sick of reading Monetary Policy stuff and my other books haven’t come in the mail yet, so I decided to take a break and read this thing.

Revolution Health For Sale
http://patientadvocate.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 09/ 20/ revolution-health-for-sale/I was a little surprised to find out that Revolution Health is up for sale. On the one hand, they pursued a WebMD type strategy when we all know tons of companies have died going down this path. But, they had lots of money and lots of smart people. Does that mean success? Not necessarily? We have all seen the teams full of stars that can’t outperform the true team of average players.
