Why Does The “Main Street” Metaphor Live On?

And what a glorious 7:39 it has been. I’m not sure about you, but I neither live on Main Street nor Wall Street, and I’m getting tired of the gross oversimplification.

While I don’t think publishing is going to ever end, I thought the article had some great insights into book publishing.

I thought that after seven years of Republican rule the deficit would be under control. Tax cuts were supposed to spur investment in payoff for deficit. I’m guessing it just didn’t work out as they planned.
