Some things thats sometimes bothers me on open source/free software

First I have to say i’m happy with openSUSE 11.0 (It’s best openSUSE ever). After that I have say then comes hardware problems on shiny new HP Proliant DL385GS (4 core AMD CPU). Everything start on sunny day i’m happy installing openSUSE 11.0 from x84_86 DVD.

Caching results

Among these there is of course PulseAudio (for which, for a while, I had access to the upstrem Subversion repository). The nice thing about git is that I can easily make a mess, take back a few commits, fix them, and when I’m sure it’s all fine I can push it through.
