Probably because of my love of writing, I tend to express myself in written form best. I also love handwriting. What better use of handwriting than to write up notes of gratitude. I believe in feedback, especially of the positive kind. That said, I'm also guilty of putting off thanks until it slips from my mind into a well of guilt.

We never know when that random act of kindness is going to touch us and make our day. I was the recipient of a random act of kindness today. The heads-up email came Tuesday: Lynn, One of my staff people is dropping off a small token of my appreciation for your hard work.

That’s right, folks. After nearly six months of NJ Transiv, the sign is fixed. Not only is it fixed, it’s all graphic-y and stuff. Our fun is over.
