Sports fanatics have a virtually unlimited cornucopia of choices in the thousands of blogs and websites devoted to sport and recreation activities.

Among the larger sports websites is ESPN.com which bills itself as the worldwide leader in sports. CBS Sports is another website that has extended the television brand to online effectively. All major portals including Yahoo!, MSN, and AOL have active sports areas catering to nearly every professional sport. For recreational activities, a number of print magazines including Mens Journal and Men's Health have created excellent websites.

A good place to start digging into sports news in the blogosphere is Section55 which collects the latest sports information from around the web and allows you to follow the most up-to-date news on your favorite player or team. Similarly, Pro Sports Daily aggregates sports information from dozens of major newspapers.
