Tag details

ROI is short for Return On Investment. It is a measurement used to calculate if something is worth doing. I have written this tag description because I expect the return on investment will justify the time it took me to write it. However my calculations may be wrong if nobody clicks on the links in this text.

Technorati allows bloggers to write these descriptions because they figured the return on investment for them was equally worthwhile. They get an army of willing authors who will sprinkle these texts with links to great websites.

To calculate a return on investment of your own, think about what you have to do - lets call that "A", think what you will get in return - "B", and then decide if it is worth it - A- B. Calculating ROI is that much fun!
