romance and relationships
The experience of romance and relationships is a sought after one. While being romantic is often a precursor to building an enduring relationship, some individuals engage in romance simply as a pathway to a strong sexual connection, but not a relationship. There are also stable relationships, maybe once romantic, that have lost it. Perhaps one ideal is lasting romance within an intimate relationship.
Does anybody really know what romance is? Of course we do. Watch any chick flick. See the stereotypic elements — the lure of an attractive, caring woman or man, promises of emotional intimacy, and great, loving sex — all with visions of a long and happy future. Flaws are even OK, as they are fixable.
Romance conjures nostalgic thoughts of a whirlwind time. Often early in dating and courtship, a woman (or man) may be swept off her feet in the manner of fairytales and the greatest love stories ever told. Bloggers seek ways to both maintain exciting romance in long-term, loving relationships or to build intense romance as a seductive invitation to a sexual encounter. Websites and blogs promise to reveal the secrets of romance to build that satisfying connection with another.
