running tips
Many books and articles have been written about running tips, but these are the only five tips you will ever need to know:
1) If you suffer from a hostile bladder, be sure to use the loo before you go running.
2) If you are considering running in heavy traffic at night without any reflecting gear, you might want to rethink that activity. There may be a down side you are not thinking of.
3) If you are one of those people who wished Lucky Charms would phase out the oat pieces altogether and just leave the marshmallow pieces, you may be consuming too much sugar in your diet. This is not good. You may want to mix in some running from time-to-time.
4) When it comes to competing in races or marathons; it takes practice if you want to pass muster. You can't run a marathon without any training. Similarly, you can't run a 5K or a 10K without at least some time on the treadmill.
5) Have fun! If you are not having fun, you better pick another aerobic activity to put your time towards.
