Shapewear is pretty much what it sounds like. Shapewear is clothing that when you wear it, helps you appear more the shape you would like to. Kind of like a corset or girdle, shapewear does nipping and tucking without the surgery. It boldly holds the mold so the real story won't be told.

Unlike a girdle or corset, the shapewear of today doesn't feel so constricting and stuffy. The materials are very comfortable and stylish. The end goal of shapewear is to make you feel not only comfortable, but to either enhance or correct certain features of your body so that you can come across confident and attractive.


Shapewear really does make adjustments to your figure without the expenses, side effects, or permanence of other alternative methods. A particular shapewear garment may also be referred to as a body shaper.

Too bad you have to keep wearing shapewear for your 2000 parts to hold in place like you want them to. But then again, if it's comfortable, why worry, because everybody's got to wear clothes, right? At least most of the time...
