As you are walking out the door every morning, remember this: one of the best weapons you have against the harsh court of public opinion is a shower or a bath. If you are not showering at least once a day, you are missing out on job opportunities, friendships, and (gasp) even finding that special someone.

See, if you don't practice good hygiene, people are less likely to want to be around you. Simple as that. They don't want to stand next to you on the bus, they don't want to work next to you at the office, and they certainly don't want to go out to dinner with you.

So do yourself a favor and take a shower. Make sure you and the shower find each other at least once a day. That is just a good rule of thumb.

If you answer "F) None of the Above" to the question: "When did you last take a shower? A) Monday, B) Tuesday, C) Wednesday, D) Thursday, or E) Friday?" then perhaps you need to do some serious soul-searching (and scrubbing).
