Sleeping has got to be one of the best parts of life. Whether you are an adult sawing logs or an infant sawing toothpicks, sleeping is an escape from what can sometimes be the stressful, demanding, hectic world in which we live. If for only a few precious hours a night, sleeping is a blissful getaway from reality.

Sometimes we even make excuses just so we can go catch a cat nap. We may drive to an empty parking lot on our lunch break from work and put the seat back just so we can catch some Zzzzzz's. We sometimes even call in sick to work just so we can sleep in a little after a late night. Or, as Homer Simpson once told his wife, Marge, when she asked him to go rake the leaves outside, "Marge, I have a lot of work to take care of around the bed."

There are certain things that can make sleeping better. Nothing enhances sleeping more than a good mattress. Whether you are biased toward traditional mattresses or natural mattresses (latex mattresses or organic mattresses), a mattress can take your sleeping to a whole new level.
