Speaking is the most common form of communication amongst the human population. Verbal communication is commonly spoken in many different languages around the world.

There are many ways in which people can speak to one another. Speaking can sometimes be in lecture form to a small or large group where the audience will take notes and be able to ask questions when the speaker has finished. This form of speaking is called public speaking. The public speaker will speak in a controlled environment to various groups with a specific purpose to the speech.


Speaking can be used to motivate, educate, or even entertain. In whatever way it is used, speaking is a very powerful form of communicating.
