streetwear

Streetwear is a specific style of fashion that started in the late 1980's.

In recent years, many celebrities have started their own line of clothing, many which carry a wide variety of streetwear. It is described as a more youthful take on the popular "urbanwear" which is considered more hip-hop than streetwear.

Prominent designers in the streetwear clothing industry include J-Lo, Diddy, and Baby Phat.

Sneakers play a big role in the streetwear trend, often paired with baggy denim pants and brightly colored shirts and hats.

While the idea of streetwear has remained the same over the years, the look has adapted with the changing of the times.
