If you're in school and you're majoring in "Pre-Millionaire" and minoring in "Not Getting Fired," then you know all about studying. That all-consuming activity that gets you through day-to-day classes and helps you pass the mid-terms when the foul stench of death is upon you.

Everyone has a different method of studying. Some study better when they are all alone in their rooms with complete peace and quiet. Others do better if they are watching TV or the radio is on while they study. Some study better in groups while still others do much better studying by themselves.

To acquire knowledge, one must study; but there is no right method. The savage ballet that is studying is best left to each player. What works for you?

If your studying can't find purchase in the fertile soils of your brain or the contents of your brain are not allowing new knowledge, find a better way or place to study. If you are asking questions like, "What's the number for 911 again?" then you know your study habits are not working. Find what works for you and stick to it.
