The Sundance Film Festival has been attracting celebrities and tourists to Park City, Utah every January for the past 30 years. Showcasing independent films from filmmakers around the globe, the Sundance Film Festival has been held in the world-renowned ski resort town Park City since 1981, after the festival’s inception in Salt Lake City three years prior. What was once a small venue where independent filmmakers could gain some exposure has become a highly anticipated Hollywood media event that brings celebrities and paparazzi to this gorgeous mountain area.

Guests of the Sundance Film Festival usually lodge at one of the many impressive winter accommodations available in Park City. Countless tourists also visit the area for the spectacular snow and ski conditions.
